One-On-One Coaching

Our coaching is a holistic, body-centered approach to personal development that focuses on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and emotions. Unlike traditional one-on-one work, which often centers on thought and behavior, somatic coaching helps clients access the "wisdom of the body" to facilitate lasting change.
